Project B

My side mission — projects I build for people I care about, not for profit.

about

What this is

By day, I design and build websites for clients — briefs, deadlines, someone else's roadmap. Project B is where that stops. No client, no ticket, no business case — just problems I've watched someone I care about actually struggle with, built into something that helps.

Nothing here is trying to be a business. If it's useful enough that someone keeps it on their phone, that's the whole point.

Where things stand

App Store Free

Cindora — write it down, watch it disappear

A private space to vent. Cindora turns your words into embers as you write, and once a session ends, nothing you wrote is kept — not on your phone, not anywhere, not even by us.

Public Beta Free

Migamori — a calmer way to track migraines

Built after watching someone I love try to make sense of her migraines with nothing but memory. Migamori logs an episode in seconds, finds the patterns behind it, and turns them into a report worth taking to a GP — all on-device, nothing tracked, nothing sold.

In Development Free

Flaremori — a clearer picture of IBS flares

IBS diagnosis leans on symptom diaries that most people end up reconstructing from memory the night before an appointment. Flaremori logs a flare in seconds, tracks the food, stress and sleep patterns behind it, and turns them into a report worth taking to a GP — same on-device, nothing-tracked approach as Migamori.

Early Development

Steadora

A guided companion for getting through a hard moment — built on DBT distress tolerance skills. Very early days, no page yet.
